RECENT BUDGETS
2009 & 2008 BUDGETS
As Costs for Just About Everything in 2008 Went Up, Ours had Actually Gone Down for 2008.
Contrary to the trend of rising costs, the operational costs for the GNWPCD had decreased overall for 2008, and are expected to keep declining in this year as the District continues to implement additional organizational improvements and efficiencies.
Currently, District residents pay less than any other Nassau County residents for treatment and collection services.
The Great Neck Water Pollution Control District tax represents approximately 2% of the average homeowner’s tax bill.
